Originally from Western Kentucky, Brent’s legal career has spanned decades and has encompassed work in criminal prosecution, criminal defense, civil rights, and governmental liability. His deep knowledge of and relationships in the Kentucky legal system continue to pay dividends for his clients. Brent enjoys close ties all over the Commonwealth, but especially in Frankfort, Lexington, and as well near his farm in Eastern Kentucky. Brent loves spending his free time with his sons and grandchildren.
Focusing on criminal matters, Mr. Carman is admitted to practice law in all Courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit.
Originally from Frankfort, Bryce received his Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown College. He continued his education at the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor. In addition to practicing in Owensboro, over the years Bryce has handled numerous cases in Central Kentucky. He now lives in Daviess and practices there and in surrounding counties, in both state and federal courts.
